Outback Opal Mine offers registered post throughout the World so that we can track your order should a postal delay occur. Orders are sent within one to four business days from the time payment is received. If you have any questions regarding your shipping details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping costs Your postage and handling costs will be calculated and you will be contacted prior to shipping.
Damage During Shipping Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping. Please keep all of the packaging materials and products.
Refund policy Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between an exchange or repair without charge where goods are faulty, refund or credit where goods are wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or donīt do what they are supposed to do.
